Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will ship at prices in effect at time of shipment.
Terms
  • C.O.D.– Cash: All initial orders areshipped on C.O.D. – Cash basis. Payments to the UPS driver must be in the form of a certified check or money order.
  • C.O.D.– Check: Upon approval, customers may make C.O.D. payments by company check. To obtain company check privileges, request an application or print-out the one available on our website
  • Credit cards: To protect our customers, completing a charge card use application is necessary along with a copy of your credit card and drivers license.
  • Net terms: Terms are granted to customers with exceptional sales histories and excellent credit references. Financial statements may also be required. Open terms are net from the date of the invoice.
Return Policy
All returns must be approved prior to return of goods under any circumstance. All claims for shortage, damages, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Defective merchandise must have tape over flaw. All returns subject to 15% restocking charge. Absolutely NO returns accepted on merchandise not in original condition or on sale items. Before screening or embroidering recheck your order for correct style, size and color. NO cash refunds. Credit will be applied to your next order. NO returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid return authorization number. Credit for returned goods cannot be given until goods are received in our warehouse. There will be NO exceptions on any policy stated above.

Minimum Order
None. Any order shipped under $50.00 will be assessed a $5.00 service charge.

Since prompt service is our top priority you can help us process your order quickly and efficiently by giving us your customer number. Have your exact order ready to give to our sales representative your style number,color and quantities by size.
Local Pickup Orders
Customers may pick up orders between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. For best service, call in your order 2 hours in advance. Orders NOT picked up within 5 days will be restocked and customer charged a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Same Day Shipping
Orders placed by 2 PM CST on nonlogo items will ship same day.
